Membership included

MLMBI membership is required, but it is free. Nonmembers can apply for membership through the vendor form.

Approval before payment

MLMBI reviews each application first. Approved vendors then receive instructions to pay the $50 fee.

Bring your own setup

Plan for a standard 10′ × 10′ outdoor space. Bring your own tent, tables, chairs, displays and setup materials.

We’re excited to bring the community together for the Havertown Holiday Market on Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 10 AM–2 PM at Grace Chapel in Havertown. Join us as a vendor for a festive Small Business Saturday experience.

MLMBI membership is required and free.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

$50 for one 10′ × 10′ outdoor space.

Space is confirmed after approval and payment.

Approved vendors receive payment and event instructions by email. Vendors provide their own setup and properly weighted tent. Vendor cancellations submitted in writing on or before October 29, 2026, receive a full refund; cancellations after that date are nonrefundable. If MLMBI cancels the event because of severe weather or unsafe conditions, vendors will receive a 50% refund of the vendor fee.
